AUTOMOTIVE SPARK PLUG LIMITED WARRANTY
Halo Spark Plug, Inc. warrants all new Halo™ spark plugs sold by it against defects in material and workmanship
for a period of five (5) years or 150,000 km, to the original purchaser. If the Halo™ tip ever fails to fire properly, Halo
Spark Plug, Inc. will replace the plug at no charge during the period beginning from the original purchase date. Halo
Spark Plug, Inc. will not assume any liability for damage resulting from any deviation from Halo’s published application
or cross-reference information, nor will Halo Spark Plug, Inc. assume any liability for any product which has not been
properly installed in accordance with accepted industry standards.
This warranty is limited to the original consumer, and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product or
the vehicle. Specific conditions which will void this warranty include, but are not limited to, failures caused by abuse,
misuse, neglect, modification, improper application, installation, or operation, or by unauthorized service or use of
unauthorized parts. Racing, supercharger, and industrial applications are not covered by this warranty.
To the extent allowed by law, this warranty sets forth your exclusive remedies with respect to the products
covered by it, whether through negligence or otherwise. Neither Halo Spark Plug, Inc. nor its affiliated companies will be
liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as telephone calls, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, etc.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY
IMPLIED BY LAW, WHETHER FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE PERIOD THAT THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EFFECTIVE. No attempt
to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in writing by an officer of Halo Spark Plug,
Inc.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last, or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
